10 Workouts you can Do in 20 Minutes or Less



Is anyone else in crazy workout mode??? I’ve got issues. I’m such an “all or nothing” type personality, and when it comes to exercising, if I can’t do my full hour that I intend to do each day, I call it a wash and just do nothing. My husband recently reminded me that even a few minutes of workout is better than nothing, because it keeps up my metabolism. That was something concrete I needed to hear to give me the push to JUST DO SOMETHING each day!
