Fabulous Arms in Five Moves



Fabulous arms are just a few months away.  This is a perfect arm workout to tighten, tone and define.

Equipment Needed:  2-3 sets of dumbbells ranging in weight from 5-20 pounds, depending on your fitness level, either a workout bench or stability ball and a chair.

What to Do: This workout can be performed either at the gym or home. Complete 12 reps for each move. Rest 15 secs after each round and repeat 3 times. Perform this workout 2 times weekly for the best results. Review each video below for correct form.
